Today, we got word of Limited Run Games' yearly showcase, Worms Rumbling for PlayStation 5 (among past platforms), July's new Xbox Game Pass titles, and a lot more. Here's the computer game news you might've missed on July 1, 2020.

Restricted Ladder Games Yearly Bear witness Will Air Next Week

Limited Run Games will be revealing "rafts" of physical games as part of its annual showcase. The company has hosted an E3 presentation for the bypast couple age, and although the convention ISN't happening this year, Limited Work will still have games to express as part of an online showcase.

IT will air on July 8 at 3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT as announced via its regular Twitter account.

Worms Gang fight Is Bicephalous to PS5 and More Later This Year

The PlayStation 5 games keep getting announced and the latest is Worms Rumble, a competitive multiplayer game from Team17 releasing sometime after this year to memorialize the 25th anniversary of the Worms franchise. As announced on Chitter, Worms Rumble will boast literal-time combat, as well atomic number 3 competitive 32-player matches.

It's headed to PS4, PS5, and PC. No matter of which program you get it for, it'll lineament baffle-play.

July's Xbox Game Pass Natural selection Includes Some Heavy Hitters

With each new month comes a virgin selection of Xbox Game Pass titles, and July's list is full of heavy hitters. Microsoft declared subscribers would gain access to the following:

  • Verboten of the Park Baseball game 21
  • Soulcalibur VI
  • CrossCode (July 9)
  • Side effect 76 (July 9)

In add-on, various sets of DLC will be available, including the pursuit:

  • Minecraft Dungeons: Hobo camp Awakens
  • Sea of Thieves: The Superlative Tales Never Told
  • State of Decay 2: Green District & The Plunder Pack

All of these are available right now to Courageous Pass subscribers unless otherwise noted.

Dead Cells Has Surpassed 3 Million Copies Sold, Alongside "Update of Plenty"

Hot roguelike Dead Cells has surpassed in time another major sales milestone, superior 3 million units sold planetary since its release in August 2018. This news comes aboard the game's latest update, highborn Update of Plenty, available now on Microcomputer and soon on consoles.

It features lots of smaller caliber-of-life improvements such as weapon system nerfs, buffs, and tweaks to the in-plot economic system. Congratulations to the developers at Evil Empire and Motion Twin for the success with Dead Cells.

Xbox One Summer Game Fest Will Include Demos for a Deal of Titles

From July 21 – July 27, Microsoft will host an Xbox One Summertime Game Fest Demo Case, featuring demos for at least 75 games. Some of the titles are as follows:

  • Cris Tales
  • Destroy Complete Humans!
  • Haven
  • Hellpoint
  • Skatebird
  • The Vale: Shadow of the Crown
  • Raji: An Ancient Epic
  • Receive to Moose

The demos will be playable from the Xbox dashboard — many of which are akin to early press betas for games that won't comprise exterior for a patc, so plenty is subject to change in the net products. The demos leave only be on hand for one week, so make sure you keep checking in to play as often as you can.
